چکیده مقاله:

The epithelium of seminiferous tubules includes germ cells and somatic cells known as Sertoli cells. The quality of male reproduction depends on the development of germ cells that determined by Sertoli cells physically and metabolically support. In fact, Sertoli cells are large nondividing testicular somatic cells that because of their important roles in spermatogenesis called nurse cell . As Sertoli cell s essential roles in this article, we plan to present a method for isolating of them and for this purpose we used lectin plate according to Sertoli cell binding ability to lectin and then we used immunocytochemistry staining by green and red vimentin and DAPI.
